Tools and rates
Reading the record is free. Generative work costs the same as pressing the same button in the app. Rates below are read live from the price list that bills the work.

One credit is $0.01. Credits come out of the firm's balance the moment the work succeeds; failed work is never charged.

This runs against sandbox data. Nothing is billed and no firm's record is touched — the charge line shows what the same call would cost on a live connection.
When an agent is refused
Tools never return partial data on a refusal. Handle these three plain messages:
- No active plan — the firm must subscribe before any tool runs.
- Out of credits — the firm must top up before charged work runs.
- Disconnected — an administrator cut this connection off.
