Security & Encryption

AiSicario is built for litigation, where confidentiality, privilege, and chain of custody are not optional. This page summarizes how material is protected during a proceeding and afterwards.

Activity recordAudit logSign-ins, transcript edits, exports, and AI requests are logged with time, user, and connection details.

The record versus your work-product

The official record — recording, transcript, and marked exhibits — belongs to the matter. Private notes, Second Chair questions, breakout rooms, and strategy chat are kept to your account or your firm's workspace and are never shown to opposing counsel, the witness, or any other guest in the room.

No training on your material

Recordings, transcripts, exhibits, and questions are never used to train or improve AI models. Processing providers may handle content only to return the result to us.

Voice and biometrics

Speech is converted to text and timestamps only. AiSicario does not create or keep voiceprints or speaker-identification templates.

Export and deletion

Firms can download a court export of any matter: transcripts, exhibits and recordings, with a SHA-256 checksum for every file. Purging a matter locks it for everyone at once and, after a 30-day cancellation window, permanently deletes its records, stored files and linked assistant threads. Each step is written to an append-only, hash-chained destruction ledger, from which a certificate of destruction can be downloaded. Encrypted provider backups expire on the hosting provider's schedule. When an account closes, content is deleted after a 30-day export window.
