Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AiSicario. By creating an account or paying for a plan, you agree to them.

Last updated September 10, 2026

1. Who we are

AiSicario is a deposition workspace for law firms and litigation professionals, operated at aisicario.me. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean AiSicario; "you" means the firm or individual holding the account.

2. Accounts

You must give accurate registration details, confirm your mobile number, and keep your credentials private. You are responsible for everything done under your account and for the people you invite into your workspace. You must be at least 18 and authorized to accept these terms on behalf of your firm.

3. Plans, credits, and billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance and include a pool of usage credits. One credit is worth one US cent of platform usage. Recording, transcription, analysis, exports, storage, and other metered work draw from the same balance.

Credit top-ups are one-time purchases that do not expire while your account is open. If you switch on automatic top-up, you authorize us to charge your saved card for the pack you selected whenever your balance falls below the threshold you set.

When your balance runs out, new metered work stops; your existing material stays readable. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month; you keep access until then. All charges are non-refundable; cancellation stops the next renewal.

5. Your content

Transcripts, recordings, exhibits, case files, and everything else you upload remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to host, process, and display that material so the service can work for you. We do not sell your content and do not use it to train general-purpose models.

You confirm you have the right to upload each file and to record any proceeding you record through the platform, including any consent required by law in your jurisdiction.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use AiSicario to break the law, infringe someone's rights, upload malware, attempt to access another firm's workspace, resell access, or overload the service. We may suspend an account that puts the platform or other customers at risk.

7. Automated analysis is not legal advice

Transcription, summaries, contradiction detection, timelines, and other automated output can contain errors. They are drafting aids, not legal advice, and must be reviewed by a qualified professional before being relied on, filed, or served.

8. Availability

We work to keep the service available and to protect your data, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost matters, or indirect damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account for non-payment or serious breach of these terms, with notice where practical. After closure, you have 30 days to export your material before deletion.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email before they take effect. Questions go to support@aisicario.me.
