Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, who can see it, and how long we keep it.

Information you give us
When you register we collect your name, email, mobile number, profession, firm name, and mailing address. Your address is checked against a mapping service so we can confirm it is real. Your mobile number is used to text you a verification code.
Information we record automatically
For every sign-in and registration we record the IP address, approximate location, browser, operating system, and device type. This is a security measure: it lets us and your firm administrator spot access from somewhere unexpected. We also keep ordinary service logs.
Material you upload
Recordings, transcripts, exhibits, case details, and notes are stored so your workspace can function. They are visible only to members of your firm's workspace and to the small number of our staff who need access to operate or support the service.
Automated processing
To produce transcripts, summaries, contradiction reports, and timelines, content is sent to specialist processing providers under contract. They may process it only to return the result to us. Your material is not used to train general-purpose models and is not sold or shared for advertising.
Payments
Card details are entered directly into our payment processor's secure fields and never reach our servers. We store only the plan, balance, and a reference needed to take renewals and top-ups you have authorized.
Email and messaging
We send account, invitation, billing, and low-balance emails from our verified sending domain, and verification texts to the number you register. You cannot opt out of essential service messages while your account is open.
Retention and deletion
We keep your material for as long as your account is open. After closure you have 30 days to export, after which content is deleted. Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. You can request deletion of specific material at any time.
Your choices
You can view and correct your profile in settings, export your case material, ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to delete your account. Write to support@aisicario.me and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is scoped so one firm can never read another's material, and administrative access is logged. No system is perfect; if a breach affects you, we will tell you promptly.
